I couldn’t agree more! Finding an activity to keep you in shape that you actually enjoy will be much easier to stick with over time. That said, the beginning of any fitness journey — whether it be boxing, dance, hiking, or jogging — is usually always going to be uncomfortable because it’s new.
That said, I don’t think there’s ever going to be a time where it’s not initially uncomfortable so I encourage people to just start now rather than waiting for the perfect moment.
